University Park Epoxy Flooring Company
A University Park company built around preparation: licensed and bonded crews, 30 years of combined experience, and written scopes that name the system, the materials, and the schedule before any grinder starts.

University Park Epoxy Flooring Company works out of one of the smallest and oldest suburbs in Prince George's County, a half square mile historic district where most homes rose between 1920 and 1945. That setting sets our standards. The slabs here are old, the owners plan to stay, and a floor that peels in two years is a failure everyone on the street can see.
So we built the company around the unglamorous work that decides outcomes: diamond grinding, crack and spall repair, and moisture readings on every slab before a coating is sold. The finishes get the attention, but the preparation earns the result.
Every project begins with the quote form on this site and a visit to the property. We measure the space, inspect the concrete, take moisture readings, and talk through how the room will be used. The written quote that follows names the system, the preparation steps, the materials, and the timeline, so the owner approves real scope before equipment arrives.
On project days we protect the surrounding rooms, grind and repair the slab, and build the coating in sequence from primer through topcoat. We close with a walkthrough covering cure times and care, and the floor's schedule for foot traffic, furniture, and vehicles is stated in writing.
Our home ground is University Park itself: the garages and basements from Queens Chapel Road to Baltimore Avenue, around the town park and Wells Run. Beyond the town line we serve the ring of communities in our service area list, from College Park and Hyattsville to Greenbelt, Takoma Park, and New Carrollton, plus the commercial corridors along Baltimore Avenue and Route 1.
Commercial crews run the same preparation first discipline in kitchens, warehouses, shops, and showrooms, phased around operating hours so a floor never has to cost a business its week.
Tell us about your floor and we will arrange a visit to measure it, test it, and write your quote.
Prefer to talk it through first? Send the form and we will call you back at the number you give us.
