University Park, Maryland
Restaurant epoxy flooring installed from University Park for kitchens along the Baltimore Avenue corridor: seamless, textured, and coved, built for grease, hot water, and nightly scrubbing.

A commercial kitchen floor has enemies on every shift. Grease migrates from the line, hot water hits the floor at the dish pit, and staff cross the room carrying pans on wet soles. Tile grout and worn coatings give all of it somewhere to settle, and health inspectors know where to look.
Restaurant epoxy removes the seams. We build textured quartz or flake systems with cove base that curves the coating up the wall line, so the floor washes down as one surface and grease has no grout lines to live in.
Every detail of the build answers a kitchen reality.
Kitchens cannot close for a floor, so we phase the work in sections or run it during closed hours, night by night if needed. Equipment areas are masked, drains are detailed by hand, and each section cures before the line moves back onto it.
The finished floor hoses and mops down fast at close, gives staff footing when the floor is wet, and presents clean at inspection.

A Baltimore Avenue kitchen had quarry tile with failing grout that trapped grease along the cook line. We removed the failing surface, ground and degreased the slab, and built a textured quartz system with cove base across the kitchen in sections over three closed nights. The staff now scrubs one seamless surface at close, and the floor passes inspection without a grout lecture.
